Appetizers

5:30 – 6:15

Figs In A Blanket / Mongolian dates stuffed with Manchego leek mousse wrapped with Horsewood house bacon fried golden brown.

Fried Chokes / Deep fried artichoke hearts accompanied by roasted garlic asiago aioli. 

Goat Cheese Empanadas / Argentinian style puff pastry stuffed with rolling stones chevre, roasted sweet garlic, peppers & assorted herbs.

Dinner

Buffet Style 6:00 – 6:40

Seed To Sequoia Sour Dough House / Sourdough bread baked in our stone ovens accompanied by huckleberry whipped butter.

Peaceful Belly Salad / Crisp romaine, arugula, baby spinach, goat cheese crumbles, pickled grapes, candied pancetta bacon, shaved cucumbers, smoked pearl onions, and smoked pistachios accompanied by vanilla basil vinaigrette and whole milk herb ranch dressing.

Idaho Garden Vegetables / Grilled summer squash, field to fork green beans & roasted baby heirloom peppers tossed in garlic olive oil & sea salt.

North Idaho Potato Smash / Dutch oven roasted new potato smashed with chive cream fraiche and white cheddar.

Butchers Cut Block / Hells canyon ember kissed tri-tip hand carved on our hot granite accompanied by Boise River foraged mushrooms and sage demi-glace. 

Dessert

Black Cherry Crisp / Confections sugar crispy torte stuffed with port drunken cherries, candied pistachios, & a crème anglaise custard.

Dinner is available until 6:45, so no rush if you are stuck in traffic to be at Bitner Vineyards by 6:00 pm.


2018 Barbera
Doc Ollie Block – Snake River Valley, Idaho

Doc Ollie planted 300 vines of Barbera between 2012 – 2014.
No Mechanism. No Round-Up.

Each vine was cared for by Ollie, who genuinely loved the earth and beauty of Idaho. He aimed to harvest each grape as natural and unique as the Sunnyslope region, backdropped by the untouched beauty of the Owyhee Mountains. Barbera is a unique grape to Idaho that we are blessed to share with you.

 This Barbera showcases the distinct terroir of the sundrenched Snake River Valley with aromas of boysenberry and underlying notes of lavender. The fruit-forward expression, subtle and well-integrated flavors of raspberry, pomegranate, dried herbs, and sage. The finish lingers, leaving you with a deep sense of place - the bliss of Idaho’s high desert region.
