Bitner Vineyards invites you to share a lovely evening on our deck to celebrate friendship, incredible food, and rare vintages of Cabernet Sauvignon from our library. This dinner is our way to thank our dear club members and friends who have supported us over these many years.

Grilled squash, cherry tomatoes, red onion, bell peppers, mushrooms glazed with honey sriracha
Chorizo/Flatbreads
House-made chorizo, wood-fired pimentos, paprika red potatoes, crispy leeks, and local goat feta cheese accompanied by warm flatbreads
French/Torte
Horsewood’s own micro sourdough tortes stuffed with French gruyere, Boise River-foraged mushrooms, and ash-roasted leeks

Locally milled grain breads and sourdough served with whipped butter
White Pine/Salad
Hand-plucked Peaceful Belly greens tossed with huckleberry granola, shaved shallots, locally made haloumi, and candied bacon served with Mason jar vinaigrette
North Idaho/Potato Smash
Dutch oven-roasted new potatoes smashed with chive cream fraiche and white cheddar
Wood-Fired/ Vegetables
Fairway Farms broccolini and asparagus tossed in a roasted shallot butter
The Oak/Butcher
Stockyards Ranch tri-tip grilled on Idaho high desert hard wood accompanied by cracked pepper gravy and creamed horseradish sauce

Spanish butter caramel and rum gastrique-tossed bananas accompanied by brown sugar granola and topped with a chili cayenne Chantilly cream
