Wine Club Members enjoy Aaron Horsewood's family inspired Sonoran dinner and Bitner Vineyard's vino for Cantina Night.

1 ticket per person includes: 1 appetizer, 1 dinner, 1 glass of Dry Rose, Miss Kathy’s Decadent Brownie, & Tipping Gratuity to Horsewood Catering.

Horsewood Catering Menu

Appetizer / Served 5:30 - 6:15pm

Heirloom tomato salsa and house made guacamole accompanied by ground masa tortilla chips.

Dinner Menu (to be confirmed) / Served 6:00pm - 6:35pm

San Juan/Salad Box
Chopped romaine topped with shredded cabbage, adobo candied bacon, avocados, chickpeas and heirloom baby peppers accompanied by a Catalina vinaigrette and herb buttermilk.

Sonoran Street/Corn
Wood fired local corn from the husk served bubbling hot in a chipotle 5-cheese sauce.

Chorizo/Potatoes
Idaho russet potatoes spiked with Basque chorizo tossed in Mexican style seasoning.

Adobo/Tri-Tip
Stock Yards tri-tip marinated in house ground fire red adobo grilled and hand carved accompanied by chimichurri and plantain tostones.
