Wine Club Members enjoy Aaron Horsewood's family-inspired Sonoran dinner and Bitner Vineyard's vino for Cantina Night.

As we have limited seating, this is available to: Bodegas & Primo Wine Club Members Only.

1 ticket per person includes:

(1) Glass of Dry Riesling or Cabernet Sauvignon (Lanae Ridge),
(1) Appetizer, (1) Dinner, & (1) Miss Kathy’s Dessert.
Additional Wine Sold Seperately.

Horsewood Catering Menu

Appetizer / 5:30 - 6:15pm

Heirloom tomato salsa and house-made guacamole accompanied by ground masa tortilla chips.

Dinner Menu / Buffet Style 6:00pm - 6:45pm

Mason Jar Tijuana/Caesar

Micro romaine, truffle oil anchovies, shaved queso Padano, charred lemon rinds, sourdough pan croutons, and broken Caesar dressing stuffed in micro glass mason jars.

Sonoran Street/Corn
Wood-fired local corn from the husk served bubbling hot in a chipotle 5-cheese sauce.

Cilantro Lime/Rice

Basmati rice spiked with Spanish lager, fresh squeezed lime juice and cilantro

Phoenix Flat Iron/Fajitas

Fire roasted chicken smothered in hatch chilies, onions, wild mushrooms with a squeeze of fresh lime juice accompanied by warm flour tortillas, shredded lettuce, conjita cheese and crème fraiche

Dessert

Fresh Strawberry Vanilla Cupcake (Gluten-Free)
